ฝนตกหนัก ลมใต้และลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบนมีกำลังอ่อนลง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้บริเวณดังกล่าว มีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองเกิดขึ้นได้บางพื้นที่ ส่วนลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทย ภาคใต้ และทะเลอันดามัน ทำให้ภาคใต้ มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังอ่อน โดยมีคลื่นต่ำกว่า 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 1 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนฟ้าคะนอง และฝนตกหนักที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง

ฝนตกหนัก ลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังอ่อน ทำให้ทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจาก ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย
