พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมาก ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังค่อนข้างแรงยังคงพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ด้านตะวันตกของประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนยังคงมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก ส่วนภาคใต้ตอนล่างมีฝนลดลง แต่ยังคงมีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่ง ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain Risk Area The monsoon trough lies across the upper North into the low-pressure cell over the upper Northeast of Thailand while the rather strong southwest monsoon still prevails over the Andaman Sea, the western part of Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the upper country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast and the East regions. People in the upper country should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
